Artisans Shop & Visitors Center
While natural beauty is prevalent as far as the eye can see in Franklin County, works of art aren't limited to the great outdoors. The Southern Illinois Artisans Shop and Visitors Center, adjacent to the Rend Lake Golf Course, includes more than 25 categories of arts and crafts representing the work of more than 800 of Illinois' finest artisans all available for purchase. The Gallery provides for interpretive activities, educational workshops, demonstrations, conferences, and special-use programs.
